Introduction:
Automatic bottle brushing machine has a novel design and is suitable for various specifications of bottle washer equipment. The cleaning of recycled bottles shows its outstanding advantages.

This bottle washer machine has high degree of automation, good cleaning quality, low breakage rate,convenient operation and maintenance. At the same time, the hot alkaline water soaking process is used to solve the current clients' difficulty in cleaning the recycled bottles.

Working principle :
1. This old bottle brush machine mainly consists of two parts: the outer brush cleaning part and the inner brush part.

2. Outer bottle washer the bottle wall at high speed, while the water spray device cleans the surface of the bottle wall. During the outer brush cleaning process, a certain amount of water is injected into the bottles at the same time, and the next inner brush process is prepared to clean the inner wall of the bottle.

3. The design of the inner brushing and draining machine is to ensure that after the bottle is soaked, the inside of the bottle can be effectively brushed at high speed.
In order to ensure the quality of brushing, the brush is arranged twice to enter at high-speed cleaning. The brushing process should keep a small amount of water in the bottle. After brushing, it will be backwashed with high-pressure water immediately, and then the bottle will be drained to enter the filling production line.

4. The main engine of the inner brush is mainly composed of the inner brush roller part and the transmission part of the inner brush trolley. The function of the transmission part is to transmit the power of the motor to each actuator through the turbine gearbox.

5. The outer brush mechanism is driven by a motor through a V-belt to drive the turbine gearbox, which is transmitted to the main gear through the chain gear, and drive the chain to move forward and play the role of conveying bottles.

6. The external gear box is equipped with five staggered nylon round brushes for forward and reverse rotation to scrub the outside of the bottle. At the same time, it is equipped with a water pump to spray the inside and outside of the bottle to reach the decontamination, so as to achieve the outside cleaning.
