Honda Rebel 1100 DCT // Saturday Break-In Ride (long ride vlog)

Описание: Today is Saturday, March 13, 2021, and I'm taking my new Rebel 1100 out riding to complete the break-in miles. Skip to the end of this description for clickable time indexes.

I found the first electronics glitch for the Rebel 1100 today. The cruise control main "enable" wouldn't turn on toward the end of my ride. I turned off the bike and restarted it at a stoplight, and that restored the cruise function. It was a peculiar error, so I'll let everyone know if this problem happens again or if I find any more glitches.

Otherwise, this Rebel is more entertaining mile after mile! The engine power is fantastic, and the bike handles really well. The torque is instantly addictive. It's a hoot to twist the wrist and rocket away without shifting or hunting for the right gear. The Rebel 1100 handles more like a standard bike than a cruiser, so that's a big bonus... no vague cornering feel like many cruisers have. There are a few ergonomic changes that I will make for my longer highway rides, but that's the fun in motorcycle ownership... CUSTOMIZATION! 😉👍
