The film takes the ups and downs of Li Qingzhao’s life, a well-known poetess in the Song Dynasty in China, as a clue.
By making this animation, I try to find the balance between concrete and abstract narrative styles, it also combined traditional Chinese ink painting style and stage expression of Peking opera.
