070420 FIRE FLY FATAL ATV CRASH

Описание: Just after 2 am Montgomery County dispatchers received a call for an ATV crash at Honey Suckle and Firefly in the Summer Hills Subdivision. Porter Fire went on scene with a male in his 40's and CPR in progress. MCHD arrived on the scene. At 2:28 am the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace Jason Dunn arrived on the scene for an inquest and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy. DPS Troopers on the scene determined the male was traveling east on Firefly. As he approached the intersection of Honey Suckle his glasses fell off distracting him. The 2020 Polaris 850 ATV slammed into the stop sign knocking it down and struck a tree ejecting the driver. A family member found the male and called 911. The victim has been identified as Horacio Patino Jr., 35 of Pasadena.
