Oil and Fuel Spraying Out of Carburetor - What Would Cause This?

Описание: A subscriber Jay picked up this barn find Generac SE10000 Generator. He cleaned it up and got it running. His excitement was short lived. After about 30 seconds of running, oil and gas bubbled up out of the carburetor stalling the engine and soaking the air filter. Repeated attempts to run the engine resulted in the same issue. What could cause this issue?

I no longer use Harbor Freight Super Heavy Duty Degreaser in my ultrasonic cleaner. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
