We visited the stunning Ceking Rice Terrace, where the iconic layered rice fields create one of Bali’s most photographed views. The greenery and peaceful vibes were absolutely unreal! Next, we explored the sacred Besakih Temple, also known as Bali’s “Mother Temple.” The views from the temple grounds and the spiritual atmosphere made this stop unforgettable. For some adventure, we went ATV riding around the Gorilla Cave, driving through muddy jungle trails, tunnels, and scenic countryside — definitely one of the most thrilling parts of the trip! In the evening, we experienced a traditional dance performance at Ubud Palace, where Balinese culture truly came to life through music and storytelling. Of course, we couldn’t miss the famous Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, where we walked among playful (and sometimes mischievous!) monkeys in a lush forest setting.

We stayed at the beautiful Kawi Resort, which gave us the perfect peaceful retreat after each day of exploring.
