Gross anatomy is a fundamental subject for medical students as the knowledge can be applied to the treatment of patients. The question is: How do Veterinarian Science students learn about the animal anatomy?

In this video, “Nin” Thanakrit Petkeaw, a Veterinarian Science student at Mahidol University, is giving us a tour of the Gross Anatomy Laboratory, where Body Structure and Function classes are conducted and where students can learn about the internal systems and structures of different animals as well as their morphology, characteristics, and functions, all of which serve as the foundation for other higher courses at the Faculty of Veterinary Science.

การเรียนวิชา Gross Anatomy เป็นวิชาพื้นฐานที่สำคัญของนักศึกษาแพทย์ เพื่อนำความรู้ไปต่อยอดในวิชาต่าง ๆ ในการรักษาคนไข้ แล้วในการรักษาสัตว์ต่าง ๆ นักศึกษาสัตวแพทย์ ต้องเรียนรู้ Anatomy ของสัตว์อย่างไร

วันนี้พี่นิล - ธนกฤต เพชรแก้ว นักศึกษาคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จะพามาดูห้องเรียนอาจารย์ใหญ่ของนักศึกษาสัตวแพทย์ ในรายวิชา Body Structure and Function ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนเพื่อทำความเข้าใจระบบและอวัยวะต่าง ๆ ภายในร่างกายสัตว์ ทั้งรูปร่าง ลักษณะ รวมไปถึงการทำงานต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นการปูพื้นฐานที่สำคัญก่อนเรียนวิชาอื่น ๆ ของคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ต่อไปในอนาคตอีกด้วย
