Nightmare woke me up at 2am. Couldn't fall back asleep. Ran the entire day on basically zero sleep. Everything felt wrong. Brain foggy, body exhausted. Did a workout but it was rough. Had chia pudding for breakfast - didn't feel great after. Completely forgot about lunch (like genuinely didn't cross my mind). Had to change to my 3rd set of aligners today too, which was painful and exhausting. Slept for an hour in the evening just to survive. Woke up, watched cricket on TV, ordered chicken wings and rajma from Box8 because cooking was absolutely not happening. Some days are -1/10. This was one of them. But I still showed up. That counts. 💛
