Today we are presenting a special recipe of dosa specially for fast. So don't worry about the variety in your fast, just note the ingredient and follow the steps.
Ingredients
Barnyard millet(Sama rice)
Sago
Rock Salt
Sugar
Curry Leaves
Curd
Mint leaves
Coriander Leaves
Green Chilies
Coconut
Potato
Tomato
Refined Oil
Cow ghee
Process
Soak the sama rice and sago for better before 2 hours
The ratio of the rice and sago should be 2 is to 1
Now for preparing the batter take the soaked rice and sago into a jar and add 2 tablespoon of curd and 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt as per your taste and then add a few curry leaves and grind all those to make a fine batter.
Keep it aside for about an hour for fermentation.
Now for making chutney grind mint leaves, coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves in a grinder to make a fine paste.
Now for making the masala of our dosa take a pan ,add 2 tablespoon of refined oil, let the oil heat properly then add some cumin seeds and curry leaves into it.
Now add tomatoes and green chillies and salt as per your taste and fry till the tomatoes get softer.
Then add boiled potatoes into it and mash accordingly, let the masala be prepared and then add green coriander leaves and keep the masala a side from the flame.
Finally grease a pan with the help of oil and water and add about 2 tablespoon of batter into it, let it cook in high flame for 1 to 2 minutes and then slow down flame and cook up to 3-4 minutes, apply the masala on a side and fold as per the screen and serve it with the green chutney and enjoy.
