Lisa Windsor explores how defensiveness disrupts our peace of mind and obscures our awareness of love, leaving us feeling separate and alone. In an attempt to protect ourselves, we build inner walls that ultimately keep love out and reinforce the belief in separation from our Source.

This class looks at the ego’s defenses, including specialness, guilt, sickness, judgment, sin, and grievances, and how these patterns keep the mind in conflict. By gently examining these strategies, we begin to recognize what no longer serves us and allow space for love to return. Defenselessness is introduced not as weakness, but as a willingness to release what blocks peace.
