Revenge of Shinobi is - no pun intended - a very stealthy and secretive game. 20% of the secrets is made out by "OMG HOW DO I GET PAST ROUND 8-2", while the other 80% are special items appearing out of thin air if you hit said thin air.
In this video, I'm focusing on those 80%.
In total, there are 33 hidden items that I know of. If you believe I missed one, please PM me with the level in which the item is, its kind, and a screenshot of it uncovered. Alternatively, you can just make a video response.
Please note that it isn't required to know where every single one of them is located, but it sure makes the game a lot easier.
For the lulz, here is my ranking of usefulness of each kind of secret item to be found:
