On hindsight, titanic hydra is a better item than overlords.

Push in waves, and tower dive/engage as sion, use zombie passive to chase them down, win every game. Basically all you have to do in ARAM as Sion is to make good engages on enemy backlines/squishies, keep them occupied on hitting you instead of your teammates, and you win the game for free.

Every tower dive death is a good death, becos you can continue pushing waves with zombie passive or hit turret and farm grasp when enemies are in range.
