Tune in for a discussion on contemporary narratives, such as: 'The Bird Summons by Leila Aboulela' & 'Alif the Unseen by G. Willow Wilson', that are grounded in Islamic perspectives and imagination. The seminar features a uniquely aspiring Lecturer; Dr. Mady Wan Nur Madiha binti Ramlan, the Head of the department of English Language and Literature at the International Islamic University Malaysia.
This seminar was organised by postgraduate students pursuing masters of education in teaching English as a second language. It was conducted on the 31st of December 2025 and was organised in collaboration with Kulliyyah of Education Postgraduate Students Association (kepsa).
