Raphael obtained his undergraduate degree from Hampton University, he holds a Master's in Physical Therapy from Howard University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. As the owner of Portera Rehabilitation, Raphael has successfully expanded his therapy company to three locations across the DC metro area.
