How I Negotiated An Agent Contract

Описание: Beware of your Agent & Manager contracts, aka "General Services Agreements," aka GSAs. They come with many problematic clauses that can bind actors in unsuspecting ways.

I came across an Automatic Renewal provision called a "Termed Rollover" clause in a recent agent's contract that I didn't feel good about it. I researched the CONS of why this clause is problematic in this video I’m breaking down why they can be a problem and how to protect yourself.

Let's do our best to not get stuck in a bad contract.
