Zen-yōji Temple is a small Buddhist temple in Setagaya, Tokyo, quietly woven into a residential neighborhood.
善養寺は、東京・世田谷の住宅街の中に静かに溶け込む小さな寺院です。

The grounds are modest in size, but carefully composed, with stone statues, garden paths, and open spaces that encourage a slower pace.
境内は大きくはありませんが、石像や庭の小径、余白のある空間が、自然と歩みをゆるめてくれます。

A short path leads through a rock garden shaped with dry riverbeds, designed to change subtly with weather and seasons.
枯れた川筋が配された石庭の小道は、天候や季節によって、少しずつ表情を変えていきます。

Scattered details appear throughout the grounds without explanation, inviting quiet observation rather than interpretation.
