When I bought a smartwater bottle carrier off of a Facebook ad, I had no idea that I had purchased a counterfeit. After a public outcry, I had to go back and support the original creator of this awesome piece of ultralight backpacking gear.
Justin was really cool about the whole situation, going so far as to send me the screenshot from his conversation with "Mountain Mike".
At just 14g, this is a fantastic carrier that solves what I consider one of the biggest weaknesses on most packs, a lack of a place to easily carry a water bottle.
