*I'm not exactly sure where wolf creek confusion came from, that's a separate area a few miles down the river and here you can clearly see this place is labeled as paint creek. https://www.mtbproject.com/trail/7026... ProTip If you do decide to do this ride, drive in from Hot Springs NC, and follow, river rd all the way to the TN/NC border and then park along Lower Paint Creek rd. This parking area was not listed on MTB project.
