Описание: 산업체에서 수집되는 데이터의 상당 부분은 다변량 시계열 데이터 형태로 이를 잘 이해하고 응용하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 특히, 다수의 정상 데이터가 주어지는 상황에서 불량을 탐지하는 데에 적합한 이상치 탐지 분야는 꾸준히 주목받고 있는 분야이며, 다변량 시계열 데이터에 적합한 이상치 탐지 방법론에 관한 연구도 활발히 수행되고 있다. 최근, 딥러닝을 기반의 방법론들이 다양하게 제안되고 있으며 이를 통해 복잡한 시계열성 및 변수 사이 관계를 반영하며 괄목할 만한 성능개선을 이루었다. 본 세미나에서는 다변량 시계열 데이터에 대한 정의부터, 주요 딥러닝 기반 방법론, 더 나아가 최근 state-of-the-arts로 각광받는 Transformer 기반의 방법론들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
