Avec son ossature en bois et en pierre et ses façades en transparence, l’immeuble créera un lien fort avec le quartier, l’une des plus ambitieuses opérations de requalification urbaine de la capitale, et offrira une formidable ouverture sur le parc central des Messageries.

Messager (Paris 12e), an office building that can be fully converted into housing, project managed by ESPACES FERROVIAIRES.

Conceived by Franklin Azzi Architecture in collaboration with Hame, Messager embodies an innovative vision of the city of tomorrow, combining architectural aesthetics, flexibility of use and openness to nature.
With its wood and stone framework and transparent facades, the building will create a strong link with the district, one of the capital's most ambitious urban requalification projects, and will offer a formidable opening onto the Messageries central park.
