TRIP REPORT | ITA Airways [Business Class] Airbus A350-900 | EZE-FCO | AZ683

Описание: Join me on my first-ever long-haul flight in Business Class, which will take us from Buenos Aires to Rome onboard an ITA Airways Airbus A350.

As this is my first long-haul Business Class flight, some of my opinions may be slightly biased, but overall, it was a great experience! ITA's A350s feature Collins Aerospace Super Diamond seats, which I think are a very competitive product: the seat is comfortable, spacious and offers more than enough privacy. Storage space for your belongings is also ample, and there are several ports you can use to charge your devices. Additionally, the IFE selection seemed fair, and there's free messaging for the entire flight for Business Class passengers. The food was tasty and nicely presented too, and the dinner service was unique compared to that of other airlines, in the sense that it was served according to the Italian meal structure (i.e. a "first course" of pasta, followed by a "second course" of either meat or fish). The Business Class amenities weren't bad either, and the lavatories were kept pretty much spotless for the duration of the flight. The crew were courteous and attentive as well, and no request ever seemed too much for them. In short, the flight didn't disappoint!
