Philips VR2324 V2000 VCR - Part 1 - Illogically dead...

Описание: This one's a little bit different as we're looking at a Philips VR2324 V2000 machine. This is just a basic V2000 machine with no remote control but it's in great condition. Such a shame there's no NTSC version of V2000 as it may well have taken off? It's odd the Philips started off with 100% of the consumer video market with the VCR N1500 and N1700 range and ended up with next to nothing. We have a few N1x00 videos coming soon.

It looks to have been repaired multiple times and from what I understand from the owner it's been looked at by several repair shops and experts with no luck - it still plays dead.

This is part 1 of hopefully a two part repair video series - the only reason I had to cut this one short is I was going on holiday - I think a well deserved break as it's been a crazy (and amazing) year.

It's been great to hear so many people getting their video recorders going in the comments and via email and subscribing and watching the channel's videos really does help too as it means I can make more and also recoup some of the costs of buying sometimes what can only be described as fit for recycling bits of kit and making them great again (I do have a lot of really nice kit come by here too!) and running the channel.
