This model allowed additional cams which provided decorative stitch options which were often marketed as "Embroidery Stitches" during this time period. Paying a premium also provided the customer with a stronger motor with this one using a remarkable 1.5 amps! One of the strongest motors ever used in a home sewing machine, it allows for a broad array of sewing projects and can tackle both light and heavier weight fabrics.
