this week I really wanted to test Ethiopian food and I went in Merhaba Ethiopian Restaurant absolutely food was delicious .

food was so nice and delicious we tried lamb shank and Ethiopian traditional dish lamb was cooked very nice and tender and Ethiopian traditional food was so nice and colourful whish we had lamb and chicken and boiled egg and fried vegetable and its kind of bread they called Injera ( Injera is a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour. injera is the staple, injera spongy sourdough is central to the dining process, like bread or rice elsewhere.
I really loved
restaurant atmosphere was so good and they were so friendly and chef is women and she really knows how to cook and she made for us Ethiopian coffee which token 20 min but coffee was good and strong .
