If you only have time to visit one city in Poland, make it Krakow. From the famous Auschwitz to a secret lake, there is so much to do in this great city.

It is is rich in culture and history, it has beautiful architecture, it’s super cheap and it’s fun. It also has interesting and key places to visit nearby, one of them being the hard to digest but not to be skipped, Auschwitz.

In our opinion, the top things to do are:
1) Explore Krakow’s Old Town
2) Take a half day trip to Wieliczka Salt Mines
3) Visit Kazimierz or Krakow’s Jewish neighborhood
4) Have authentic-yummy Polish food
5) Enjoy the city's nightlife
6) Try some flavored vodka
7) Take a day trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau

The city is super affordable and vibrant!
