SPICY BEEF DAM PUKHT a Fabulous Beef Recipe with subtitles

Описание: ALHAMDULILLAH ... Bakar Eid with lots of meat dishes I bring you Spicy Beef Dam Pukht as a treat, I am sure you people are going to love this amazingly easy and very very delicious meat recipe. Let's make it together.

Ingredients:

6-6.15 kg meat cut into big, 200-300 g pieces
1/4 a cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of red chilli flakes
2 tablespoons of paprika powder
3 tablespoons cumin seeds (crushed)
1 full tablespoon of chat masala
3 tablespoons of crushed coriander
1/2 a tablespoon of carom seeds
2 heaped tablespoons of salt
Approx. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 medium onions (halved)
2 halved tomatoes
Some ginger
Some garlic cloves
Some whole green chillies
Potatoes or turnips (optional)
