Ingredients:
For dry green chutney:
mint leaves - handful
coriander leaves - handful
green chillies - 2
cumin powder - 1 tsp
black salt - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
ginger - 1 inch
roasted bengal gram / pottukadalai - 2 tbsp
For chapathi chaat:
chapati / roti - 1 cooked
salt - 1/4 tsp
small onions - 3
tomato - 1/2
nuts & seeds - handful
puffed rice - 1 cup
oil - 1 tsp
dry green chutney - as required
