2 Cool Pull Requests for Rust Web App Blueprint

Описание: We will review two cool pull requests merged into the Rust Programming Web App.

Rust 10x Web App is a blueprint for building multi-service cloud applications in Rust.

Both of these pull requests make the library more composable for web services.

lib-rpc is now split into lib-rpc-core and lib-rpc-app, allowing the web services of the system to have their own RPC handlers using lib-rpc-core and reuse lib-rpc-app if the service needs to expose common application RPCs.

The common web "support" logic is now packaged as a library, lib-web, allowing all web services of the system to implement only the delta needed for their functions.
