Whether you hold a General Power of Attorney (GPA), an Agreement to Sell, or possession documents — the scheme converts those informal arrangements into a legally recognised Conveyance Deed (for government land) or an Authorisation Slip (for private land).

Now, in 2026, the scheme has entered its most ambitious phase yet. On April 7, Union Minister Manohar Lal and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta jointly announced the regularisation of 1,511 unauthorised colonies — covering the vast majority of such areas in the capital.
