Heyyy, if you’re new to my channel, welcome! My name is Senesa Jayasuriya and I’m from Ottawa, Canada 🇨🇦! My parents moved here from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 and had me here, so I’ve lived my whole life in Ottawa. I have a younger brother who just started Grade 8 👦.

Right now, I’m a first-year Computer Science student at Carleton University 💻. A few things about me: I love art, graphic design, making videos, and just creating whatever I can 🎨✨. I also do Sri Lankan traditional dancing and Bharathanatyam 💃 and love playing volleyball 🏐.

One thing I’m really proud of is that even though I live 13,700 km away from Sri Lanka, my parents never let me feel that distance. They taught me Sinhala and made sure I stayed connected to our roots ❤️. Being Sri Lankan is something I’m proud to say is part of my identity 🌸.
