B.Tech and MCA graduates — everyone wants "industry experience." But what does that actually mean?
This is one of the most abstract questions I get. Each business works in their own way. They don't study a book and follow it. They design solutions as the problems come.
In this video:
→ A diamond supply chain merchant comes to me — stones from Russia, cutting in Gujarat, certification, retail. How do we solve it? We decompose the big problem into smaller parts.
→ Day one is discovery. We spend time until we truly understand the problem.
→ A diamond has 40-50 parameters. GIA certifies it. The leadership wants to track where every stone is.
→ Methodology changes project to project — discovery, settled products, support, research
→ 80-90% of all teams follow the same Git practices, same API standards (Swagger), same deployment patterns
→ For full-stack: how APIs get developed, how databases get designed, how front end connects, how it deploys to cloud
→ Start small. Divide the big elephant into multiple parts. Make a diagram. Refine it.
Don't throw abstract questions blindly. Divide. Research. Connect the dots. Then validate.
