I've made very long (3 meters), wooden table with preserved bark. The legs are made from an iron and reinforced with the 0,5x3x80cm metal pieces.
The table is a garden furniture but I thinkt that it such tables are used as well in homes or lofts
The video is complete tutorial how to make long natural table, how to attach legs and how to put the laquer.

Oh if You know how to use a hand planer, please shere Your knowlage with me. I definitely don't like this tool after this project ;-)
The wood was laquered with the poiurethane (4 layers) and before that I make it really flat and smooth using only handplaner and sandpapers.
