Day 1. Codex vs Antigravity | Building an AI Budget Planner (Frontend Only AI Test)

Описание: oday is Day 1 of my challenge where I will test 50 different web apps built by AI tools.

In this series, I will compare different AI coding tools to see:

• Which AI writes better code
• Which AI builds cleaner UI
• Which AI works faster
• Which AI makes fewer mistakes

For today's experiment, I asked two AI tools to build the same project:

AI Budget Planner

But there was one important rule:

⚡ Frontend only
⚡ No backend
⚡ No APIs
⚡ Everything must run in the browser

The goal was to see how well AI can build a modern dashboard using:

• React
• TypeScript
• TailwindCSS
• Recharts (charts)
• localStorage for data

Both AI tools received the exact same prompt and the same requirements.

Then I tested the results to see:

• Does the project run with npm run dev
• Are there any errors
• Is the UI responsive
• Do charts work
• Does localStorage save the data
• Does the dashboard look clean
