This video showcases a comprehensive HVAC installation project carried out at Navi Mumbai Airport, specifically focusing on the installation of a 2-ton Fan Coil Unit (FCU). The project was executed in two main phases. The first phase involved air conditioning ductwork, including duct insulation and the installation of aluminum powder-coated diffusers and air grilles sourced from Air Link. Ducting was fabricated using 0.8mm thick galvanized iron sheets from JSW, insulated with 13mm thick Class 'O' closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation by Armaflex.

The second phase covered the chilled water pipeline installation, which included pipe insulation and various essential fittings such as butterfly valves, ball valves, Y-strainers, pressure and temperature gauges, PICVs with actuators, and digital thermostats. We utilized JINDAL Class 'C' grade mild steel pipes insulated with two layers of 25mm thick Armaflex closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation. Common pipeline fittings like elbows, reducers, and tees were procured from local suppliers. All essential mountings adhered to the guidelines set by the Navi Mumbai Airport Authority and included products from the following manufacturers:

*Leader* – Ball Valves
*H. Guru* – Pressure & Temperature Gauges
*Siemens* – PICVs with Spring-Type Actuators and Digital Thermostats
*Anergy* – Air Vents
