Описание: We take a look at higher derivative ideas needed for identifying stationary points using partial derivatives. We get the first partial derivative of z with respect to x and then the second derivative with respect to y. We then find the the first derivative with respect to y and the second derivative with respect to x. We compare the two and conclude that they are equal. This is important in determining the determinant of the Hessian when finding the stationary points using partial derivatives in the next lesson after this.
