Описание: Frank shared his story of starting an academic and sports training program just before COVID-19 hit, which unfortunately had to be shelved due to the pandemic. During the lockdown, he pivoted to creating a jerk chicken recipe, which gained some traction locally. However, as the world reopened, he found himself needing to return to work due to financial constraints, despite the initial success of his food venture.

Throughout our conversation, it became clear that Frank has a lot of passion and drive, but perhaps lacks a clear direction and consistent focus. We debated the merits of putting all your eggs in one basket versus having multiple backup plans. Frank believes in diversifying interests to mitigate failure, while I argued that going all-in on a single pursuit can develop a crucial ability to fully commit and excel.
