Cal tells the start-up story of the file sharing platform, Dropbox who couldn’t JUST talk about a “superior customer experience “ They had to bring it to life and the tech was complicated so they didn’t have a working prototype. Instead Drew, the founder simulated the experience through a video showing how simple his tool was to use. He got investors on board and his beta waiting list, overnight went from 5,000 to 75,000.
