Today we’re going to talk about knuckle cracking. Is it okay to crack your knuckles? Does cracking your knuckles cause arthritis?
Is knuckle cracking bad? No, not really. It may irritate the people around you, but knuckle popping won’t cause arthritis.
There are certain ways that are better than others when it comes to cracking your knuckles, and I’m going to show you how to pop your knuckles correctly in this video.
The sound that’s made from knuckle cracking is caused by stretching the capsule around the joint that’s filled with fluid and gas is coming out of the liquid making a popping sound.
