►EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (8-25 lbs). We're using 15 and 20 lb dumbbells.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️4 Circuits (1-2 exercises per circuit)
✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat x 2 Sets
✔️Then perform a 1 minute ‘power burnout exercise’ between sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: SQUATS
1. Goblet Squat
2. Side Step Goblet Squat + Pivot Squat R/L
⭐️POWER: Side Step Squat Thrusters (MOD: Omit thruster)
2️⃣ CIRCUIT 2: LUNGES
1. Split Lunge R/L
2. Step Back Lunge + Lateral Lunge R/L
⭐️POWER: Lunge Knee Drive Switch
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: DEADLIFTS
1. Staggered Deadlift R/L
⭐️POWER: Dumbbell Swings
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: GLUTE BRIDGE
1. Dumbbell Glute Bridge
