💥 Downloading the ISO File
First, we need the Windows 10 (or 11) installation files. You can download the ISO file directly from Microsoft's website, or from other trusted sources. I download from this website: rb.gy/uupigx

💥 Preparing the USB Drive
Once you have the ISO file, connect your USB drive to your Mac. Open Disk Utility and format the drive as MS-DOS FAT. Give it a clear name like "Win10 or 11" for easy identification.
💥 Copying Files
let's mount the downloaded ISO file. Copy all its contents except the "sources" folder onto your USB drive.

💥 Splitting the "install.wim" File
The "install.wim" file within the "sources" folder might be too large for the USB drive. We'll need to split it into smaller chunks. To do this, we'll use a tool called "wimlib." We'll download and install it using Homebrew: https://brew.sh/

💥 Using wimlib
Once "wimlib" is installed, open Terminal. Here's the command you need to type: wimlib-imagex split [path to install.wim from mounted ISO] [path to sources folder on USB drive]/install.swm 4000

💥 Explanation of the Command
• Replace [path to install.wim from mounted ISO] with the actual location of the "install.wim" file within your mounted ISO.
• Replace [path to sources folder on USB drive] with the actual location of the "sources" folder you created on your USB drive.
• The number 4000 specifies the size of the split files in megabytes. You can adjust this based on your USB drive's capacity.

💥 Running the Command
Drag and drop the "install.wim" file into the Terminal window, then press space.
Next, drag and drop the "sources" folder on your USB drive, followed by "/install.swm" and the number 4000. Hit Enter to run the command.
This will split the "install.wim" file into smaller chunks that will fit on your USB drive. You can verify this by checking the "sources" folder on your USB drive – you should see the split installation files.
