Yoga Poses That Prepare You For Birth

You’re not supposed to give your 100% in pregnancy or do poses where your body tells you to stop.
But there is a fine line between healthy challenge and overstepping or not honoring your body’s borders.
So if you’re practicing, try to figure out a healthy balance!
The more challenging poses ( when held long enough) like Virabhadrasana 1+2 (the warrior) or a good Goddess Squat, are fantastic examples for poses that challenge you out of your comfort zone!
They help you build mental and physical :
🍁Strength
🍁 Stamina
🍁 Stability
🍁Resilience
If you don’t build them throughout your pregnancy,
you’ll not be prepared to be thrown out of your comfort zone by the first contraction faster than you’ll understand what’s happening🫨
better be prepared 😬
And motherhood ( at least the first time) is far out of the comfort zone anyway 😅 at least for most and at least part of the time.
Not here to scare you, just spread to awareness ❤️❤️
