Devilled kidneys are a traditional British breakfast item - popular in Victorian times, maybe less so now. Devilled kidneys are easy to make and the name comes from the heat in the sauce. It's not chilli heat in devilled kidneys though, the heat comes from cayenne pepper and English mustard. In this video I also show you how to make soda bread - it's a quick and easy type of bread that originated in Ireland. You can make soda bread in less than an hour, start to finish.
