Ingredients:
For Dough:
2 cups maida
2 tbsp ghee
salt as per taste
1 tsp ajwain
water for dough as required
for filling:
250 gms boneless chicken
1 carrot
1 small bowl frozen peas
salt as per taste
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 green chilies
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 lime juice
some fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying
