📼 December 9th, 2016 | In Part 1, the CrossFit Mayhem Freedom team prepares to defend its title at the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games. Team members Lindy Barber, Matt Hewett, James Hobart, Elly Kabboord, Kristin Reffett and Froning seem to spend as much time laughing as they do training—mostly ribbing Kabboord, the good-natured target of the team's tomfoolery.
Follow them in the two days leading up to the start of competition as they get their last training sessions in, go through athlete registration and learn what the first event will be
