Federal Judge Humiliates ATF Over Pistol Brace Ban

Описание: Federal District Court Judge Steven Grasz Eviscerated the ATF in the FRAC V Garland Case. In stunning support for the Constitution, Separation of Powers and the Second Amendment the Judge
further admonished the already vacated ATF rule on pistol braces. I expect the ATF will double down and appeal this case. Which, I hope they do, so they can further solidify this decision at a higher level of court. This video covers the court's opinion applying the Cargill decision.
