By Day 2, Eddie was moving up the ranks and reaching the fastest times at many checkpoints. The battery swaps, practiced many times at the factory, kept the VARG EX running perfectly. Every hill climb and overtake pushed both him and the bike to the limit.

Later, a missed battery swap forced him to backtrack, and a harsh fall on a steep hill shook the momentum. Time was lost, frustration mounted, and the team faced the very real risk of losing their grip on the top positions. Still, Eddie kept pushing, every mistake met with focus and resilience, proving the bike’s durability and the team’s preparation.
By Day 4, the grind paid off. Every battery swap, every careful line through the woods, every decision under pressure culminated in a decisive push, with Eddie seizing victory in the Silver Class.

It was a historic first, the electric VARG EX competing at the highest level in a mixed class, overcoming setbacks and showing the true potential of electric hard enduro.
