outside — but every single day, it serves over 1,000 hungry guests using
just 4 massive cauldrons (qozon). The line stretches out the door and
spills right onto the street, with people lining up just to get a taste
of this legendary street food.

In this video, we go behind the scenes to see how this small local
kitchen manages to cook in such massive quantities, feed an endless
crowd, and keep up with demand every single day.
