Here is an update; take a look at our unplanned, fly on the wall, inside story of what's happening on the shop floor.

We start the tour with a look at our 'machines shop' where we have a large Mazak Mill machining all our side plates for our presses.

Since our last video, we are now up and running with our new Accuma CNC machine, and we have started producing our own Idler Rollers.

We then walk through our sub-assembly area, where you have two EZ Mounts nearing completion and our video plate mounting system. You will also see the assembly of an FL3 unwind module, rewind and a print station in progress.

The impromptu video tour took the team by surprise so glad to see that they are all working extremely hard.

We continue by looking at two A B Graphic International Digicon 3000s we have in production including one with electron beam curing about to be added.

We then move onto an FL5 carton press with GEW (EC) Limited LED UV drying system that can be easily changed over to standard UV. This is also connected to a flatbed die cutter so the machine will print, laminate, cut, crease and waste strip all in one single pass.

We then take a look at a mixture of carton and label press machines before taking a look at the new staff facilities being created and our new offices.

Lots has been done to make the offices even safer to work in from spreading out desks to creating new offices for production, sales and marketing.

Edale is already a fantastic place to work at but we're also putting a lot of work into making it even nicer with new staff facilities and even games like table tennis!
