Internet Egress Traffic Filtering | Multi-Cloud | Deployment Pattern

We all have used IP #ACL (Access Control Lists) in our Cisco Routers, Firewalls, etc. ACL provides basic security. They are merely IP address, Port, and Protocol-based.

In the Cloud era, we need #FQDN based ACL with the following set of requirements

Be part of CI/CD pipelines
Provide SNAT
Quick to deploy
Non-disruptive
Seamlessly work in all the Clouds
Must not be expensive (I do not want to use expensive NGFW)
