In an interview with STIR, Pakistani artist Saba Khan talks about her beginning and journey in the world of art. We learn how she got introduced to art and what she says about her current practice - when Saba Khan was a young girl travelling to the Pakistani hill-retreat Murree, she would get stuck in traffic behind brightly painted trucks. This was her first introduction to "art". A large portion of her writing is similarly complex and incisive, playing with double entendres and humour while closely noticing the myriad dysfunctions that characterise everyday life in South Asia.
